ShutShop.com Return Policy

ShutShop.com is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 14 days for a refund.
Here are the details:
Seller Faulted Returns: Please notify us of any issues with your order within 3 days of receiving the package. Seller faulted issues include: Wrong item sent, item was received damaged/defective, item does not match description. A return will be approved and we will issue a full refund upon processing the return. Please note, item will be checked upon receipt to verify the return reason.
Other Returns: Changed you mind about something you bought? No problem! Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we'll be glad to authorize a return. Items must be sent back in original condition, unopened and showing no signs of use. Orders with free shipping will incur a restocking fee to cover the cost of outbound shipping. Orders with paid shipping will be refunded for the item totals only; shipping fees will not be refunded. 
Please Note: Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of approval. For expensive items, we recommend adding insurance to your return shipping. 

All returns must be inspected and approved by ShutShop.com before the return is finalized.

  2. Return the goods to the location given to you by ShutShop.com
  3. Please allow approximately up to 7 business days after ShutShop.com receives the goods to process the return and issue credit.
